the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh products. the room included a refrigerator for added convenience and modern decoration.
the car park was a short walk away and is based on a first come first serve basis, which could be inconvenient.

stylish design bathroom feature attentive staff central location
I found the room design quite lovely and stylish. The bathroom features were good, including a modern design. The staff members were attentive and helpful. I also appreciated the central location close to parking , offering easy access.
The limited menu in the evening was not great. The food wasn't particularly good and this did bother me a little.

Excellent Location and Service
central location gluten-free options helpful staff easy parking
The location is a short walk to the city center. I used Peel Street car park next to the hotel car park. Paying on exit was easy. The breakfast had many gluten-free options. This included bread, muffins, and cereal. I also found gluten-free options for the cooked breakfast. The staff was helpful with suggestions for local meals and sightseeing.
The road works occurring outside the hotel at 8.30 on Sunday was a slight issue.

My room was spacious and comfortable with modern decor. It had a nice shower and included a refrigerator to keep drinks cold. The bed and pillows were comfortable providing a restful sleep .

cute staff nice room lovely gifts parking stress distant carpark full carpark
the staff were very cute, and i could leave my bags before arrival. i was also able to leave my bags after checkout, a bonus. the room was quite nice and i loved the little gifts it had.
arriving at the hotel was a bit stressful as there was nowhere to park. the car park was not in the hotel itself. it was hard to find at night and it was full when i got there
